“Offload is a fantastic resource for both clients and therapists. The world of CBT has been lacking an app which enables the sharing of CBT worksheets and homework tasks between clients and therapists, but Offload completely does this, making the service we offer more professional and the benefits to clients greater.”

Frequently asked questions

Why reflect at the end of the day?

A few minutes of reflection helps you unwind, notice what went well instead of only what went wrong, and learn from the day rather than replaying it. Done regularly it improves mood and sleep, because the mind has a chance to close the day rather than carrying it to bed.

What if my day was bad?

The journal asks what went well and what did not, so hard days have a place. Naming what was difficult and what you can learn from it is often calming in itself. Try to find one small thing that went well, even if it is only that the day is over.

How does this pair with Morning Preparation?

They bookend the day. Morning Preparation sets an intention and a moment of gratitude; Evening Reflection looks back at what happened and sets hopes for tomorrow. Using both builds a simple daily rhythm that many people find steadying, particularly during low mood or anxiety.

Can my therapist assign this activity?

Yes. Therapists on Offload can assign Evening Reflection as a daily practice for clients working on low mood, rumination or sleep, and review your entries before the next session. Your responses are available for them to review beforehand. Fully HIPAA and GDPR compliant.

Are you a therapist?
