β€œOffload is a fantastic resource for both clients and therapists. The world of CBT has been lacking an app which enables the sharing of CBT worksheets and homework tasks between clients and therapists, but Offload completely does this, making the service we offer more professional and the benefits to clients greater.”

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if therapy is working?

Progress is often gradual and easy to miss from the inside. Signs include coping differently with situations that used to overwhelm you, noticing thoughts before acting on them, and returning to things you had avoided. This journal asks you to step back and take stock, which makes those shifts visible.

When should I reflect on progress?

At natural review points, perhaps every six to eight sessions, before a break, or when you are considering ending therapy. It is also worth doing if you feel stuck, because writing down what has changed and what has not gives you something concrete to discuss with your therapist.

What if I feel therapy is not helping?

Say so. Honest feedback is one of the strongest predictors of good outcomes, and most therapists welcome it. This journal helps you articulate what has been valuable, what has been hard and what you want to explore next, so the conversation is constructive rather than a vague sense of dissatisfaction.

Can my therapist assign this journal?

Yes. Therapists on Offload can send Therapy Progress at review points or before ending therapy, and your account of learning and challenges supports outcome discussion and planning the next phase. Your responses are available for them to review beforehand. Fully HIPAA and GDPR compliant.

Are you a therapist?

Assign this therapy tool and 200+ other interactive tools directly to your clients. Build personalised care plans, customise tools, and review client responses before sessions. HIPAA and GDPR compliant.
